Where does Campfire work?

Campfire monitors supported California campground listings on Recreation.gov, ReserveCalifornia and Santa Clara County. You choose a destination area and radius; coverage depends on the provider and campground.

Does Campfire book the campsite?

You make the reservation on the official provider’s site. We email you when we detect a matching opening. Sites can be booked quickly, so an alert does not hold a campsite or guarantee a reservation.

What is a watch?

A saved destination search for one date range. Your plan includes up to three active watches. Pause a watch or change your plans in the app.

How does the free trial work?

New subscriptions start with 30 days free. No card is needed to start. Add a payment method to continue on your selected monthly plan. Without one, the trial ends automatically. If you add a payment method, your plan renews monthly after the trial unless you cancel. The exact trial end date appears at checkout and in your account.

Can I cancel myself?

Yes. Sign in, choose Cancel subscription renewal and confirm. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first charge. Your access continues through the trial or paid period.
