Subscription privacy notice

Effective September 6, 2026.

We store your account email, company/name if provided, a one-way password hash, verification and session records, subscription identifiers, plan and access status. App records include the projects or campsite watches you create. SnapForeman and Campfire keep separate application databases.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your verified email address and a stable Google account identifier. We store that identifier to connect Google to your account and recognize future sign-ins. We do not request your Google password or access to your Gmail messages for customer sign-in.

Stripe processes your card details and recurring payments. Our app stores provider identifiers and subscription state, not your complete card number or security code. Our configured email provider sends verification, password reset, trial notices and relevant app alerts. Secure cookies keep you signed in and protect account actions. We use bounded request counters to limit abuse.

We also measure first-party page and signup steps, selected buttons, coarse scroll depth, visible and recently active time, and campaign labels. A random identifier in session storage links steps in the same browser tab; verified account steps can be associated with that account. We do not record form contents, passwords, payment details, screen recordings, or full referring URLs for this measurement. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable browser measurement. Anonymous measurement is retained for up to 90 days. Operational signup, trial and payment events can generate internal owner email alerts.

We use this information to provide the app, verify access, manage billing and support your account. Account and app data can remain after cancellation for recovery, support, recordkeeping and backups. Canceling renewal does not automatically delete your data.

For access, correction, export or deletion requests, contact contact@wcholdingsgroup.com from your account email. We verify the request before releasing or deleting account data. We do not make a promise of immediate removal from retained backups.
