Your trial and monthly subscription
New SnapForeman and Campfire Alerts subscriptions have a 30-day free trial. One introductory trial per account. No card is needed to start a new trial. Without a payment method, your trial ends automatically. If you add a payment method, your first subscription charge occurs after the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. The selected monthly price and exact trial end date are displayed in Stripe Checkout and your account. Your subscription renews monthly until canceled. A returning account that has used its trial pays the displayed price at checkout.
SnapForeman monthly plans are Starter $19 for 3 members, Crew $39 for 10 members and Growth $69 for 25 members. Campfire Founding Camper is $4.99 per month. Existing subscriptions retain the price and trial end date accepted at their checkout, as shown in the account. Only the plan you select is purchased. No automatic upgrades or overage charges are included.
Cancel without contacting us
Sign in at Account and select Cancel subscription renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access continues through the current trial or paid period. We show confirmation after Stripe accepts the cancellation. Cancellation does not itself refund a payment already collected. For a billing mistake or service problem, contact contact@wcholdingsgroup.com. Any rights you have under applicable law are unaffected.
What you are subscribing to
The app's signup page describes the currently available features. Roadmap items and illustrative demonstrations are not promises of future delivery. SnapForeman measurements must be checked in the field before being used for construction, ordering or estimates. Campfire supports specified reservation systems and campgrounds; access and availability may vary. Alerts do not reserve, hold, purchase or guarantee a campsite. You book and pay on the official reservation provider's site.
Your account and content
Keep your login secure and upload only material you are entitled to use. You retain ownership of your content. We use it to operate the app and provide support. Do not upload passwords, payment credentials or other secrets. Contact support for data export or deletion requests; cancel your subscription separately to stop renewal.
